How do I activate my account? 

Please check the inbox and spam folder of the email you used while checking-out. Welcome emails are sent to students within minutes of payment confirmation. The welcome email will include instructions on creating your username and password for the purchased course. If you do not find an email with these instructions, please reach out to us at support@nexgent.com and let us know the email address you used to sign up for the program. 

I'm having issues with my password!
Please double check your password and ensure Caps lock is disabled. If your password is lost you can reset your password by using the Forgot Password feature under the login box at learn.nexgent.com. If you still have trouble with your password, visit nexgent.com and speak to a live agent by clicking on the conversation button on the bottom right of the screen or send us an email at support@nexgent.com.
