Unable to login to the learning portal and getting an authorization error? Try the following:
Close the browser and open a new session.
Type learn.nexgent.com (make sure there's no "auth" in the beginning of the URL)
Hit enter and you should be taken into the login page with no issues.
If you are still experiencing some issues, please try following quick fixes to address possible browser/device issues:
Use Google Chrome as your browser, it works best
Clear your browser cache
Make sure the browser you're using is updated
Ensure pop-up blocker or other extension or plug-in is not blocking the module
Try using another device
Try using a different network connection
Using a VPN? Disconnect from it and try to access the program again
