Full name of the student
Authorization from the student: A signed consent form from the student is required for verification. Please attach a copy of this authorization form to your email.
*Authorization Form: The authorization form should include the student's consent to release their enrollment information to the requesting party.
Our Verification team will review your request and the attached authorization form. Once the form is validated, we will respond promptly to your email with the necessary information, typically within 2-3 business days.
NGT Academy's Verification team will confirm the student's enrollment status, including the program of study, enrollment dates, and any other relevant information specified in your request (if available).
