If your account is already active, just visit learn.nexgent.com to login.

As a reminder, the email you used to sign-up for the course is your username.

In case you've forgotten your password, you can reset it directly from the site by clicking the "forgot password" button. When setting up your password, please make sure it contains the following:

  • Atleast 8 characters

  • Atleast 1 uppercase letter

  • Atleast 1 special character

  • Atleast 1 number

You will then be sent an email with instructions on how to complete the password reset. Please check your Junk mail folder as these emails sometimes come in there.

Please also try the following quick fixes to address possible browser issues:
 - Use Google Chrome as your browser, it works best.
 - Clear your browser cache and make sure the browser you're using is updated.
 - Try using another device.

Please keep in mind that Google Chrome works best with us! Try clearing your cache and history as well as refreshing your page before logging in.
