All our videos are hosted on Vimeo, and occasionally there can be issues with the videos, which can usually be fixed by clearing your browser cache. You can do that by going to your history, checking all the boxes and pressing delete, which will clear out all your cache. 

In addition, you can try advancing the video slightly to get it to play.

It's not a problem with our servers or anything affecting multiple users; rather an issue individual to each person.

Please let us know if you continue to have an issue after performing the above. The learning platform also works best in Google Chrome.
